The new Bonifacio High Street Central in the Fort has been creating a buzz with all their new restaurants, and soon to open boutiques. And given that my workplace is 10 mins away, Boyfriend and I decided to explore and tour our palates. Choosing a restaurant was hard. But because Boyfriend is currently addicted to Pad Thai (still hungover from our Dusit Thani experience), we decided to go to Mango Tree. The interiors, from the high ceilings, fancy artwork, beautifully crafted furniture, to the people dining in suits, are a little intimidating. Fortunately, the servers are very friendly and they make their customers feel at ease and right at home.
Lusso and the Foie Gras Burger
Tuesday, May 8, 2012 § 0
Many things have been said about Lusso's famous foie gras burger, and for my 23rd birthday, Boyfriend and I decided to give it a try. We were originally planning on dining at the Phoenix Court in Bellevue, but because I was stuck in Greenbelt, we ended up at Lusso where we had the most amazing time.

Cravings: All-you-can-eat Salad and More
Friday, April 27, 2012 § 1
Cravings is one of those Katipunan restaurants that Boyfriend and I often overlook. But for his birthday, we decided to give it another visit. It was our first time to eat there after the recent renovations, and I have to say, I miss the old interiors. The old Cravings was more cozy and homey, but now it has more of a cafe vibe. The food, on the other, stayed the same. Almost.

Johnny Rockets: All-American Comfort Food
Thursday, April 26, 2012 § 0
We celebrated Boyfriend's birthday after his last law school exam as a Junior. He just wanted a simple, relaxed day, spent together, with a nice lunch, dinner and a movie. He was craving for a burger so we went to Eastwood, and fortunately, Johnny Rockets wasn't packed with the usual lunch crowd. Or maybe it was because we were there on a Wednesday, at 3 in the afternoon.

About Me
- Tables for Couples
- My boyfriend and I have been in a constant search for great new places perfect for dates. In our 6 years together, we've already tried a variety of venues suitable for couples of all ages - from your regular McDonalds, insane yakiniku places, quaint and cozy little restaurants, fine dining, hotel buffets, weekend markets to resorts that go beyond Manila. But we want more. I believe that Manila, and the Philippines as a whole, has a lot of secrets waiting to be discovered. So from here on out, I will share with you our adventures with food, and maybe even life. Itadakimasu.
