There aren't a lot of Singaporean restaurants in Manila. So when I heard from a friend that there is a great Singaporean hole-in-the-wall near Boyfriend's house, I insisted that we try it. Órale! Taqueria Mexicana: A Love Affair
Tuesday, September 13, 2011 § 1
It was one of those rare times when Boyfriend would pick me up from work and we still have no idea where we're heading. Since my office is in McKinley Hill, we decided to head to the Fort Strip and choose from the array of restaurants there. That's when we stumbled upon the gold mine that is Orale! Taqueria Mexicana.

Thursday, September 8, 2011 § 0
When Boyfriend and I first had a taste of Uncle Cheffy's panizza, we knew we had to go back for more. And that we did, a couple of times to be honest. Last week, I had a date at Uncle Cheffy in Burgos Circle at The Fort, not with the Boyfriend, but with my dearest girlfriends.
Peanut Butter Company: Go Peanut Crazy
Monday, September 5, 2011 § 0
Katipunan has been going through some changes lately and we're loving the new places that are popping up all over the avenue. Peanut Butter Company is one of the newest hang-out for students in the area. They have one of the most unusual menus I've ever seen, having peanut butter as a key ingredient to most of their dishes. Yup, everything with peanut butter. Sweet and savory sandwiches, curry, pasta, burgers, milk shakes. It was peanut butter heaven.
About Me
- Tables for Couples
- My boyfriend and I have been in a constant search for great new places perfect for dates. In our 6 years together, we've already tried a variety of venues suitable for couples of all ages - from your regular McDonalds, insane yakiniku places, quaint and cozy little restaurants, fine dining, hotel buffets, weekend markets to resorts that go beyond Manila. But we want more. I believe that Manila, and the Philippines as a whole, has a lot of secrets waiting to be discovered. So from here on out, I will share with you our adventures with food, and maybe even life. Itadakimasu.
